DE: Bench Press 8 sets of 3 reps @ 50% of 1RM on 1:15 with accommodating resistance
Post loads and resistance to comments. Rest 5:00-10:00 then perform CF WOD.
CFE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING WOD:
Five rounds for time of:
*Hold breath 0:30-1:00
6 Burpees
9 KB Swings, 2/1.5 pood
12 Double Unders
*Athlete will start each round by holding breath for 0:30 to 1:00
(scale accordingly). The triplet cannot be started until the athlete
completes the breath-holding interval. If an athlete cannot
hold breath for a full 0:30-1:00 interval, then use as few sets as
possible to reach desired length of time (for example, hold for 10s,
breathe, hold for 10s, breathe, hold for 10s to reach total of 30s).
