12 Box Jumps, 24"/20"
Row 250m
Note: Athlete must step down from the top of the box before beginning the next rep. No "rebounding."

(Scale HSPU to elevated feet or pike push ups)

Cash Out.... 50 Sit Ups / 50 Back Extensions
