Bike (THU): Repeat 2M, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates
Run (THU): Repeat 1M, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates
Row (THU): Repeat 1M, recover 3:00
Ruck (THU): Repeat 1M, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates, 55# Ruck/Boots/Utes
