As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 10:00 of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

Use a 10-20 pound vest.
(If no vest then do AMRAP 15:00)

    5:35

    Then
    10 min AMRAP 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 squats (wearing 20# wt vest):
    6 rnds + 5 pull ups and 2 pushups
